The Airport Rules and Regulations are City Ordinances, approved by the San Antonio City Council, that govern operations at San Antonio International Airport and Stinson Municipal Airport. The most recent version can be found under Chapter 3, Airports, of the City Code for San Antonio at Code of Ordinances.
Emergency Contingency Plan

Airfield Driver’s Information
This guide was compiled from existing San Antonio City ordinances, and general Airfield practices. The intent of this guide is to supplement information provided in the Airport Rules and Regulations, and comply with FAA Part 139.329 concerning the movement of ground vehicles on the airfield. A Notice of Correction will be issued for infractions.
